Every Opening Has a Screen Built For It
A wide sliding balcony, a floor-to-ceiling window, a narrow door frame — each opens differently, so each needs a different mechanism. King Space builds three: Zipline for wide spans that lock flat against wind, Motorized for hands-free daily use, and Pleated for tight frames that can't spare the depth.

Made to Order:
Every unit is measured to your opening and built in-house — sample production in 2–3 days, mass production in 7–10, and 100% QC inspection before it ships. OEM/ODM work is available on request.

CHOOSING BETWEEN THE THREE
Widest openings and heaviest wind exposure call for Zipline. Daily-use doors and pergolas that you'd rather not lift by hand call for Motorized. Narrow frames with only 22mm of depth to spare call for Pleated. Not sure which fits? Send us the opening size and we'll tell you.

System 01 — Manual Zip Series

Strength meets serenity

A double suspended track keeps the screen locked flat under heavy wind, sliding open across spans up to 12m wide and 4.5m high. One fabric, several jobs: privacy, sun control, dust and insect protection.

System 02 — Blume Screens

Touch a button, or let the schedule do it

Roller screens driven by a Somfy motor, controlled from a handheld remote or folded into a smart-home routine. Fabric is TuffScreen: tightly woven for daytime shade and night-time privacy, rated pet-friendly and scratch-resistant.

Operating notes: avoid rain and winds above 25 mph. Running the motor 2–3 times back to back can trigger the thermal cutout; it resumes after a 5–10 minute cool-down.

System 03 — 22mm Retractable

Fifteen millimetres of pleat, twenty-two of frame

A roller-bearing pleat system built for large openings: the 15mm pleat keeps the stacked screen slim, and the whole track needs only 22mm of depth. Insect mesh and sun-shading fabric can share one frame.

Care: vacuum tracks weekly, clean mesh with warm water and mild soap only — never a pressure washer or bore/tank water — and apply a silicone track lubricant every three months.
